With the new Road XS Driver Portal App, drivers now have access to all of their important information right at their fingertips. This user-friendly app allows for easy management of journeys, schedules, and payments, making the driver experience more efficient and hassle-free.
It also integrates into their existing navigation on their phone, such as Google Navigator, TomTom or Waze, taking them to exactly where they need to be.
Gone are the days of juggling multiple paperwork and schedules; our app consolidates all of that into one convenient platform.
You can simply search for Road XS Driver Portal in the Google Play Store or Apple Store to download it.
Simply enter the ID of the registered service, and then drivers simply log in as usual.
You can now choose 'Public Holiday' in your cancellation reasons to cover things like Bank Holidays, Christmas, Easter etc.
You can now add notes to your favourite locations to provide greater knowledge to your team such as whether parking is available, opening times etc. This feature helps collect local knowledge about locations used.

We have re-enabled driver reminder notifications following an update to the messaging process. This means drivers who have enabled daily morning journey reminders in their profile will receive them once more each day.
We have fixed an issue with passenger auto-archiving so that passengers will automatically archive after a set period of inactive journeys.
